How to Use:
Hold the Djed-Wadj wooden stick
Keep the stick approximately 5cm above each of the body's 7 major chakras
Rotate the stick clockwise over each chakra for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute
This simple practice helps clear and balance the energy field across the 7 chakras
